Client Tracking
PAT will help you organize all your vital client and prospect data, including contact information (name, address, email, phone numbers), personal data (children's names, birthdates, preferences, etc.), visit dates, order history, and any other notes you may wish to document. View all data on each client all on a single page. All of this information is easily searchable by name, birthdate, or session date.
Print address labels with the click of a mouse, selecting only those clients you need to mail to. Stores unlimited general notes about each client. Document notes on conversations, client preferences/concerns, etc. for easy reference. Conveniently lists all of the appointments for each client. Scheduling

Our unique system allows you to define your recurring event types, so that each time you need to schedule something, you simply select your client from the list, select the event type, date and time. You may also add any notes about that particular appointment you may need. And presto! Never forget an appointment again!
PAT also has the ability to set up automatic reminders for the recurring events before or after each of your portrait sessions. For example, if you send out an information packet 2 weeks before each session and a Thank You card 4 weeks after each session, simply add those auto reminders into your account, and PAT will automatically remind you of when those things need to be done for every session!
Order Tracking
PAT makes it so easy to handle all your client orders, you'll wonder how you ever got along without it! Our tools not only simplify the process, but allow you to do it much quicker. PAT stores all your product information for each item you sell, including supplier, your price, and customer price. Then for each order, you simply need to select your client, and choose each item from the list that they wish to order. Our order form includes all the necessary fields for portrait photographers, such as image name, color format, quantity, discounts, etc. Hit the create button, and PAT automatically totals the order up for you, showing you the total due including tax and any discounts you may offer. You may choose to print an invoice, or import the data into your own invoice form.
Another vital feature of PAT is the ability for your clients to do online ordering through your own website, which is then submitted directly into your PAT account. For those photographer's who do web proofing, this can simplify the process for your clients and you. No more confusing phone calls or emails.
