The thing I like best about it is it's web based so I can check my appointments from home or anywhere there is internet connection, I can find a customers phone number, orders placed, whatever, even if I'm not at the studio.

It's really helped keep my whole business organized and cut down on all the random papers and notes floating around. One of my favorite features is the reports you can run. I can easily figure out how much I make each month, what my top selling items are, how much sales tax I owe, etc. Oh, and the referral report - I plan to run that at the end of the year and give my top 3 referrers a gift of some sort. I highly recommend this program! :)
